What you actually get

A real birth chart, calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris from your birth date, time and place, with the historical time zone rules for that place and that year applied properly. That last part is where most free calculators quietly go wrong, and getting it wrong by an hour can move your rising sign into the next sign along.

Then a reading of it. Your placements read against each other, including the parts that argue. The reading is willing to name the difficult things, because a reading that only flatters tells you nothing you can use.

And then anyone else whose birthday you know. Inanna draws their chart too, reads it, and reads how the two of you meet: what is easy between you and what is not. No score out of ten, because a number would be the only part anybody read and it would be invented.

How it works

You answer a handful of questions. Three of them handle the math: the day, the time and the place. The rest are there so Inanna’s reading has something of yours to ground itself off of, and you can skip any of them.

Then the chart is drawn and read, and you can start adding the people around you: your mother, your oldest friend, the person you are trying to work out. The first one is free, and so is sending your own chart to anybody you like. Keeping everyone after that is one payment, once. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel, which is deliberate, out of frustration of other apps that make leaving hard on purpose.

Questions people ask

What is a birth chart?
A map of the sky at the exact minute and place you were born. Your star sign is only the position of the Sun in it. The rest is your Moon, your rising sign, and every planet in its own sign and its own house. Two people born the same day in different hours have noticeably different charts.
Is this really free?
The chart and the full reading of it are free, with no account and no card. So is adding one other person and reading the two of you together. Keeping everyone after that is a single payment of five pounds, shown in your own currency when you get there. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Do I need to know my birth time?
Not for most of it. Your Sun, your Moon and nearly every planet move slowly enough that a whole day of uncertainty rarely changes them. Your rising sign and your houses do need the time, and if you do not have it Inanna says so plainly rather than guessing a midday chart and hoping.
How is this different from a horoscope app?
A horoscope is written once for everyone who shares a star sign. Inanna reads your own chart, all of it, including the parts that contradict each other, and says what she found. Inanna does not predict your future and she does not pretend to.
